STAY NOURISHED AND NOT OVER NOURISHED
Eat a balanced diet. See to it that you do not consume anything in excess be it carbohydrates or fats. Any food consumed in excess is stored as fats. Bad fats stored in the walls of your blood vessels, lead to hypertension and even heart blocks. Eat at frequent intervals, so that you don’t consume anything in excess. Take wholesome foods, dairy products, breads made out of unrefined grains and cereals, greens and fruits. Food cooked from scratch is always better than the ready to eat stuff. Reduce the consumption of high calorie animal products, unless you are sure of burning every bit of it. Meats contain high amount of bad fats, whereas sea foods are low in calorie and have better nourishment value. Whole foods with high fiber content are recommended.

Be it smoking, alcohol or drug abuse, they do more harm than good. It is better to let them go. Smoking is carcinogenic and alcohol consumption is related to the cancer of liver, obesity and hypertension.
