Also, you can add power protein to your cooking and spike up its nutritional value. One thing that worked for me was replacing dinner with a protein shake.</p>
<p>Another thing you need is proper hydration. Carry around a 16 oz bottle of water, and be sure to drink it down four times along the day. This will not only prevent you from over eating, it will also help eliminate the toxins from your body and thus close in on your ideal weight.</p>

<p>Any sort of physical activity requires energy, and energy has two possible sources: carbohydrates (sugars) or fats.
